For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within up to 5 business days.
After processing, the average delivery time is 10–15 business days.

Partial Shipments
If you order multiple items, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
Once your items are shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Customs fees or import taxes may be applied by your local customs authority when your order arrives in your country.
Herzwear is not responsible for any additional charges.
If you choose not to pay these fees or taxes and the package is returned, no refund will be issued.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Address
Shipments are sent via different carriers depending on the destination country.
Buyers are responsible for providing a valid and deliverable address.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, we cannot control the delivery process.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., incorrect address, carrier delays, etc.).
