Refund Policy

Order Changes and Cancellations

Cancellations are not possible. Please make sure you want to place your order before completing it.

Orders are processed very quickly – if you need to make changes after purchase, contact us immediately at info@herzwear.de.
We will respond to your request within 2–3 business days.

Returns

Our return period is 10 days from the date you receive your order.
If more than 10 days have passed since receiving your package, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Final Sale and Flash Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Items purchased during Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotions can only be refunded as store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Please send your return request via email to info@herzwear.de, including your order number.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt.
We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed according to your original payment method.
The full amount will be returned within a few days.

We only accept returns that arrive within 30 days of the approval email.

BOGO Promotions (e.g., Buy One Get One)
If an item from a BOGO promotion (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 1 Get 1 40% Off) is returned, the refund amount will be adjusted proportionally based on the discount applied.
This means the discount is distributed across all items in the order.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you want a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
Once the returned item arrives, a gift voucher will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the purchaser had it shipped to their own address, the refund will be sent to the original buyer, who will be notified of your return.
